On My Methodology
I am passionate about researching and finding new ways to make training educational, entertaining and memorable. I am an advocate of principles of accelerated learning and I am always on the lookout to improve how much we can train people in a specific unit of time while making the training really effective in the long term.
In my work, I intend to take the training methodology to the next level through the feedback I receive when teaching. I also receive feedback from trainers who use my extenseive set of training materials to deliver courses. Together, with the international training community, I intend to improve training methodology to its highest level possible.
